 Hey there! I'm Haley.

I'm not your average nutrition coach.  I'm not here to sell you products you don't want or tell you to do workouts that you hate. I believe in happy hours with friends, always taking time for self-improvement and self-care, eating pizza if you feel like it and never, ever going on diets. 

​

Doesn't that already sound like something you would want to do for life? Bingo!

 

I've seen and learned the hard way what following all the wrong plans will do. Your body is not like anyone else's- you have to figure out what your body uniquely needs and support it however you can so it can keep supporting you.

I didn't always know that. I didn't always pay attention to the changes in my body over the years and what it needed from me, and ended up with extra weight, vitamin deficiencies, thyroid related issues, adrenal fatigue, migraines, brain fog, late onset asthma, and a food intolerance I didn't even realize I had. I was a mess!  

is my complete, 12-week group coaching program that teaches women how to stop the struggle with food, lose fat in a way that's best for their body, still eat the foods they love, and LOVE what they see in the mirror.

Before starting to work with Haley, I didn’t quite realize how out of shape I was. I finally decided I wanted to commit to losing some weight. Haley was SO understanding and so helpful! We’ve only had a couple of sessions so far, but I’m already down 6 pounds! I’ve learned that I can still eat the foods I love in moderation and still see success both on the scale AND in the mirror! I’m now so excited to keep going and to have the tools to get my health where I want it to be!

Inside? 

Here's a sneak peak...

module 1

You'll learn how to properly start tracking what you're already eating the right way without attaching a 'right' or 'wrong' to it so there's proper understanding for what your custom nutrition plan really means. We'll also starting thinking about any beliefs you have surrounding food and your body and what that means.

Oh my gosh, I actually learned that the reason that I wasn’t losing weight was that I wasn’t eating enough! Haley helped me learn about what my body actually needed and some better habits to help me work toward my goal of living a more nutritious life. I travel for work so it’s sometimes hard for me to stay on track, but Haley is so detailed and very helpful, she helps make it easier for me. After just the first week of working with her, I lost 3 pounds and and I’m still losing and feeling so much better! Haley is truly passionate about what she does, she is the real deal! I am so thankful for her!
